Shemsi Kelmendi

Mr. Kelmendi is a qualified architect and quantity surveyor consultant with many years of experience in managing, design and supervision of infrastructure projects (Industrial objects, schools, health facilities, shopping centers, housing). He is part of the roster of arbitrators for disputes in construction and areas related to his experience.

His previous experience includes management of many infrastructure projects funded by World Bank and the Government of Kosovo, ADF Tirana (Infrastructure Project financed by Albanian Government in Municipality of Graçanica), CDF Prishtina (Projects financed by Kosova Government), and others.

Mr. Kelmendi attended his studies at the University of Prishtina.
