Roman Rewald

Mr. Rewald is a lawyer and a partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Warsaw, Poland. He also practiced law in the United States for eight years, being admitted to the Michigan Bar.


Mr. Rewald has been the Chairman of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland for 6 consecutive years. He is also an arbitrator within the roster of the Court of Arbitration of the Polish Chamber of Commerce as well as the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation.


In addition to his involvement in commercial arbitration, he is one of the country leaders and promoters of mediation in Poland, and his chairmanship of Lewiatan Mediation Center is part of his pro bono work.


Mr. Rewald has received two master degrees from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland, namely a master’s degree in law and a master degree in public administration. He received his Juris Doctor diploma from the University of Detroit Law School.
