Cornel Marian

Mr. Marian is an Attorney-at-Law specialized in arbitration, with broad experience in domestic and international arbitration.

He has represented clients in arbitration under various rules, including the rules of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce, the rules of International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, and the International Commercial Arbitration Court, and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.  

His has received his LLM degree from Stockholm University, a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa, he was a visiting student at New York University School of Law, and he also received his master's and bachelor degree in economics from Boston University. Mr. Marian was also a Fulbright Scholar to Romania.

Mr. Marian speaks English, Romanian, Russian, French and Swedish.
